Performance Overview
Construction site management / site management
Preparation and setup of the construction site
Determination of the freedom of assembly on site
Technical discussion of the assembly technologies, the prepared assembly documents and documentation, the supply and service contract, implementation of other necessary preparations
Taking over the construction management and coordination tasks for the project management (supervised assembly) on the construction site in cooperation with the client’s project manager
Performance of all construction management and coordination duties from the contract between the client and the end customer on the construction site
Instruction and training of the assembly personnel
Monitoring of the assembly companies to ensure the quality and contractual provision of their services
Keeping the construction site diary and preparing weekly reports
Manual revision of the technical documentation
Participation in the commissioning of the plant
